Service Technician Fine-Service Scheduling Process TERRIBLE!

David's inspection service was fine - no problems or complaints. However, Sear's entire scheduling system is TERRIBLE. Never before have I scheduled a service call where the company cannot provide a more concise TIMEFRAME or at least say "AM" or "PM", but instead just gives a date and says somebody will be there on that date, expecting you to just put your life on HOLD waiting to hear from somebody on that date. Will NEVER use SEARS AGAIN!

Joey was very professional and courteous. He called when he was about 20 minutes out. I was actually at school, so that allowed me time to get home to meet him. I'm a single school teacher so I had to make arrangements to leave school to come home. He came in and put the new control board in and even tested the machine to make sure that it was working. He did an excellent job.
