Raymond arrived on time & quickly diagnosed why my GE Profile dryer wasn't heating. He was very courteous, polite and very experienced. Kudos Raymond!!! Additionally, I felt somewhat secure that I would get a fair price/service since I had hired a reputable company (Sears) to perform the repair. I am happy to report that Raymond/Sears provided me a honest diagnosis & price. Well done Raymond & Sears!

Our technician Raymond was great, however he did not have the information he needed in his computer to help us. He explained exactly what we needed to do and who to talk to take care of the problem on Monday.

Charles was my technician. He arrived and was courteous and had my problem solved right away!! This has nothing to do with the technician, but my bill was excessive! Sears needs to revamp the charges they get away with??!!
