Technician was very nice, but according to LG, my dishwasher has soap in it and that’s why I’m getting an error each time I run it. Not a satisfied customer.

Charles from sears repairs was amazing. The issues with the refrigerator were stressful, I did everything within my knowledge to fix it myself and got nowhere. However. Sears sent Charles out and he fixed it right away, as well as educated me for upkeep and maintenance.
