I couldn't have asked for a better technician to work on my dryer. He showed me things I could do to give my appliance longer life and how to properly care for it. He was courteous and went right to work. I'll be calling Sears again if I have another appliance problem. Thanks for such great service!

Raymond arrived on time & quickly diagnosed why my GE Profile dryer wasn't heating. He was very courteous, polite and very experienced. Kudos Raymond!!! Additionally, I felt somewhat secure that I would get a fair price/service since I had hired a reputable company (Sears) to perform the repair. I am happy to report that Raymond/Sears provided me a honest diagnosis & price. Well done Raymond & Sears!

Charles was my technician. He arrived and was courteous and had my problem solved right away!! This has nothing to do with the technician, but my bill was excessive! Sears needs to revamp the charges they get away with??!!
