I apologize that my memory fails me on the name of your very resourceful technician who serviced my dishwasher, but he was awesome. Knowledgeable and responsible he was able to complete my repair and replacement of the motor assembly even though the part came in with a broken piece by utilizing an unbroken piece from the old assembly. I thank him for his persistence in doing so!
