The repairman was awesome! The scheduling process needs some fine-tuning. Waited 1 full day and into the next morning until a repair person arrived. Once he got there, it went quickly and efficiently. He was super nice and knew his business.

I wasn't here but I'm sure it's working I'll know when it produces ice and cubes but looks good, it would help if you could actually talk to a human when you running errands and might not be back before the repair man show up

The repairman was great, knew his trade, got the job done. Sears AI phone system leaves you frustrated! Inadequate service set-up. A shame to have a robo when their employees are good at what they do.

My only complaint is that on my original service date I was notified at 2pm that my service needed to be rescheduled for 5 days later. Then on that day there wasn't any communication until 3pm when they said my technician would be there at 5:20. That kept getting pushed back and he came around 7:30. Once here he was pleasant and efficient and completed the work.I will be checking today to see if it works.

The man was nice and competent but the charge for simply hooking up the washer and putting it through a cycle was exorbitant! I was quoted $129 and ended up paying $191 for no repairs at all. I will not call Sears again.
