Arrived when they said they would. Fixed machine and because I bought extended warranty it did not cost anything. Very happy!!

Mr. Anthony did a great job even though bless his heart Sears it screwed up two deliveries. It was supposed to have fixed or either had the parts he finally was able to fix everything. Everything on the third visit not to his fault. He was very polite. Very nice to talk to you and worked very hard and quickly and sufficient, early I said The round eyes was not making it to get a couple of days, I knew it was slow. I just forgot how slow it was to make. Overall, he did a great job And everything seems to be working fine.
