Wry nice and polite individual who was very through in troubleshooting my oven. He did explain to me that the circuit board is bad and would need replacing but that the board itself would more than likely be difficult to find

Mr. Anthony did a great job even though bless his heart Sears it screwed up two deliveries. It was supposed to have fixed or either had the parts he finally was able to fix everything. Everything on the third visit not to his fault. He was very polite. Very nice to talk to you and worked very hard and quickly and sufficient, early I said The round eyes was not making it to get a couple of days, I knew it was slow. I just forgot how slow it was to make. Overall, he did a great job And everything seems to be working fine.
