This company is a complete and total scam. They told us to sit home FIVE days this week from 8-5 because their technician would come that day. They cancelled literally every single day this week after us waiting on them. FIVE cancellations. Now it will be another week before they can come and I will be without a washer for three weeks. Of course they probably won’t actually show up then either. PLEASE do not waste your money on this company.

My first technician came on 3/9/26. When he left he thought he had fixed the issue. Hours later I tried to run a cycle and he had not fixed it. He instructed me to schedule another appointment through Sears website so I would not be charged. On 3/10/26 a different technician showed up. He told me I had to agree to his service call charges before he could get started, but if I contacted Sears they would refund my previous day's charge. He completed work on the dryer only to see the same issue not be fixed. He claimed it was fixed and left. The same issue persisted when I tried to run a full cycle. At this point, I had paid $609 for two visits with no resolution. After hours of trying to reach a life person with Sears I finally spoke to a customer service representative that informed me I would have to handle any payment disputes with a third party billing company not affiliated with Sears. What a shell company. Find someone local and contact them directly. Don't waste your time with Sears. There is no one to stand behind the work or the service.

We scheduled a technician to work on our washing machine to come on a Tuesday. We were then told they were overbooked, and the appointment was moved to Thursday (not even the next day). After being told the technician would arrive at 8 AM on Thursday, that appointment was incrementally pushed back all day. Also calling the number for Sears home repair is a nightmare, and you end up talking to individuals who don’t know anything. Highly incompetent and underwhelming service. Do not recommend.

Supposed to have appointment scheduled today. 3 text from sears confirming and they are a no show. Then try and call, and you get sent to another country and a person who can't speak English.
