Anthony was on time, after calling to let us know when he would arrive. He was thorough in looking to see what the problem was with our washer. After working on it, he advised us it could one or all of the four computer boards, which to repair would cost about as much as a new washer. My wife and I decided to haul the washer out and go to Lowe's to purchase a less fancy washer that wouldn't break the bank. We really appreciate his honesty with us. He was very helpful.

Anthony arrived and began his evaluation of the washer problems, calculated the parts & repair promptly. He was very knowledgeable and polite. With consideration of the total cost to repair the 15 year old washer, my decision to decline repair and buy a new washer and dryer. I only paid the non refundable service call amount.
