3 star review - the technician was great. He gets a 5 star from me. He was fast and efficient once he got there. Repair took about 14 minutes. Sears, however, gets 3 stars. Repeated changes to appointments after waiting on standby all day and no human to chat with, email, or talk to led to days of frustration. Only after I called the company whom my warranty is actually through ( they subbed out the work to Sears) and requested a new company did the technician actually show up.
