My recent experience with a microwave technician was extremely disappointing. The technician failed to perform the duty that was scheduled and showed a complete lack of professionalism in communication. Despite setting an appointment, the technician never arrived on time and did not bother to notify me of any delays or changes. I had to repeatedly call and message just to get an update, but my inquiries went unanswered for hours, sometimes days. I’m very dissatisfied with Sears.

My experience was awful. The technician was unprofessional and rude. He talked about what my warranty company was not going to pay instead of diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator. He confirmed an appointment and did not check to see if all the parts were delivered. I drove from work out of town. He looked at his phone and started the 3rd part did not deliver when I asked why he confirmed an appointment without all the parts, he rudely replied he is just a technician and he had no remorse for wasting my time. I was charged $149.00 to waste my time and leave my work for no reason. I am very disappointed and expected better from Sears' employees.

We scheduled a technician to work on our washing machine to come on a Tuesday. We were then told they were overbooked, and the appointment was moved to Thursday (not even the next day). After being told the technician would arrive at 8 AM on Thursday, that appointment was incrementally pushed back all day. Also calling the number for Sears home repair is a nightmare, and you end up talking to individuals who don’t know anything. Highly incompetent and underwhelming service. Do not recommend.

I have had 7 appointments and this guy has NEVER driven by my place! He never showed up! My repair has not been made! I have lost 3400.00 taking off of work seven different times. My address is in the same build as my business. I used the address 61 W. Broad St; which is my business address, because 65 W. Broad St won’t give the right directions and it is a new address. I have explained all of this several times and it should have been noted for the repair man. I told them to put that note on it for the repair man, apparently they did not. Steve O has lied about my repair 7 times!!! He NEVER TEXT OR CALLS ME!!! A&E/SHS IS PATHETIC!!!
