Raymond arrived after the 0800-1700 time initially estimated in my service call, but once he got here he was very efficient, had the necessary parts and quickly replaced the heating element in my dryer. Service was great. The only complaint I could have is the pressure repeatedly applied by the call center operators to get me to sign up for additional services. Not only did they do this when I initially placed the service order, but they called back on the day of service prior to the the technician's arrival. It seems they cannot accept a "no thank you" response.

We were scheduled to have the tech a week after the ice maker went out. The part ordered for it came within the week of it breaking. We had several appointments set by Sears, but they kept changing it to a later date. They finally came today, more than a month later.

While Travis arrived after the 8am to 5pm window, we were kept informed of his arrival time and could have canceled. Travis came in, got right to work and had the repair completed in 30 minutes. Repair involved replacement of a circuitry board but so far, so good. Thanks Mr. Travis.
