For starters I was very impressed to see that Sears has female repair technicians on their staff. The tech that came to my house did a wonderful job of troubleshooting the problem with my washing machine and fixing it. Then she set out all my options for ordering new parts for a future problem that she sees down the line, i.e. joining Sears' service program, like paying for insurance in advance, or simply paying for what was done today. She was very pleasant to work with, friendly knowledgeable, and I would definitely work with her again.
