Technician was a 5....getting an answer on when the appointment would be is a 0...got a call Wed asking if I wanted out that day...never got back to me until late Wed to say they would be there today, Thurs...could have let me know I was the LAST appt....I waited a day and a half and again this was no fault of the technician...your customer service needs a good lesson in communication...I do think that charging $306 for labor that took at most an hour and a half for a part that cost $50 is highway robbery...also, if I hear buy a Sears Warranty one more time, I think I would be sick...I know about Warranties and their sale...was not born yesterday!!
