The phone receptionist wrote down the wrong address & wrongly listed repair to dryer versus stove. But, Mr. Vaughn managed to get the authorization cleared up, and diagnosed the stove expeditiously.

Tech was here exactly on time, seemed to understand my dishwasher problem - got it to clear the stinky water stuck in the bottom. Unfortunately the part to repair is about as much as a new dishwasher, so I'm getting a new one!

Tech did not have time to make.sure the washer ran without issues. The rubber part around the drum is not properly on and the part to secure it was found on the side of machine after tech left. Please contact me ASAP to send a tech to fix this issue. Water leaking on floor.
