The cost of the labor was extremely high. The worker was fine. The company needs to think about the obvious over charge to make money.

My Technicians were wonderful and were able to repair my microwave; however, getting this scheduled through Sears was such a pain in the tushy! It took a month to finally get it fixed. The scheduled and rescheduled 6 times and there was no number to call and speak to an actual person! Very frustrating.

When I explained what was happening all I got was the panel board needed to be replaced, which would cost over seven hundred dollars I only paid four hundred for the machine. I feel something else should have been checked, hoses etc.To come to the most expensive evacuation wasn’t right, knowing that sears would get paid, your diagnosis fee, regardless of having my washer repaired or not, is also unfair to your customers….

Didn't check ac system for leaks.didnt have freon to put in unit.just took pictures and finely hooked up a gauge to see if the system was low on freon.drove up in a small suv .couldn't have had alot of stuff in it.not impressed with choice warrenty.anymore.delined my claim.

Tech didn’t even touch the dishwasher. Didn’t open or run a cycle to check what I ask him to check. Need another tech and no charge.

Do not use this place. Total rip off. Spent half the day waiting for them. Stated they come at 915am never show then 10 then 1030. Wants over $700 to install a timer on washer machine. I said no. Service charge $139 then added tax $148 total for nothing but to over charge me on this project. Never wii call or use them again. They need to be reported to the better business bureau. Service guy was polite and just doing his job but I will never call them again.

He came in an hour late well after 5 with an attitude refused to listen to me argued his whole visit and did NOT fix a thing oh yeah he hit a note I had written down what the air was doing I just got out of the hospital and on a ventilator so I was short of breath and he said he didn’t care as he hit my hand he will not ever come in my house again

DO NOT USE!!! RIP OFF... full-service charge- spent less than 15 minutes... didn't open the back of the washer, only used the reader... service charge over 135.00. wanted 10x the amount for a "bad pump motor", wanted $684.75 to "fix" just the pump on a $500 washing machine. They wanted @88 for just the pump. I bought a new pump on Amazon for $32.00, opened the back, it wasn't the pump, it was a broken wire. I spliced the wire and installed the new pump for $36.00 total. Called for a refund since they did not do a proper service check, you can't get a live agent. Directed me to the website, no customer service or link to refund. Calling BBB. 2 Feb Order Number: 000820613357671 HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Experience.
