Very sad that I paid $200 and the problem is not fixed its still doing the same thing as it was before when I called for repair.

Literally a scam! The repairman understood that it was a Samsung washer but were unable to order the part from Samsung. They charged us $148.73 to tell us what the error code already stated, there was a leak. Then worst of all, there is no Customer Service line to discuss this erroneous charge!

He did not do anything and charged me 148.00. I want a refund. He had the model number and serial number and should have have cancelled the appointment because he knew the parts for repair were not available.

It's a scam they've been out four times to fix my dishwasher. It still doesn't dry dishes. To make things better they canceled the last four visits and three times they haven't even bothered to cancel it you call you someone in the Philippines that doesn't give shit complete ripoff DO NOT USE THEM !!! Update it's now February 4 2025 and they didn't show up again sears claim they fixed my dishwasher on 12/31 but nobody showed up to my house to fix it. I rescheduled they charged me another deductible $100 and refuse to refund called me a liar I've tried to cancel but that's impossible with these people please do yourselves a favor DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I would give zero stars if possible. Sears lied to my credit card company stating a technician came out and completed repairs to my washing machine. No technician returned to install the parts they sent to our home. I was charged the full amount for the repairs and cannot get my money back even with assistance from my credit card company. Sears is no longer a reputable company and cannot be trusted.

Door gasket has separated. Have to ruin another work day. The 4th time for them to repair. So not worth it. Can you see the gap which is spreading. Also, the tech left this used gasket in my laundry room.
