Trevor is a talented repair man. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He is courteous and respectful of the home. My only concern is amount of time we waited. Reported our issue on May 10th. Then first appointment was May21st. Had to order parts then repaired on June3rd. I think that not having a functioning refrigerator for nearly a month when we have an appliance warranty is unacceptable.

Can't talk to a real person. Had repair for dishwasher, labor $308. Next day same problem with dishwasher. Had appointment for Thursday, then Friday with no show. Now it's scheduled for Tuesday. Can't talk to a real person to find out why a delay.
