Our service provider was great! It is not his fault at all, but I’m having trouble with getting a service call set up on my other dishwasher that I’m having issues with and cannot get the warranty provider to get it taken care of

I didn’t have to pay for the repair because of warranty but wonder why the receipt says the part costs hundreds of dollars when it came from Amazon for less then $40? The repair man was great. Also, the first time they were supposed to come out, I was told between 8-5 and then I got a text that they weren’t coming that day so what about the people that take the whole day off and then they never show up I was kind of irritated by that. A better time tonight would be better.
