The technician was wonderful. Figured out the problem and had parts ordered. Would have fixed dryer that same week, but stupid AI kept screwing things up. The telephone system is absolutely disastrous!

Technican was friendly. The real problem and frustration for me was not being able to talk with a real person the day of service for an update. The link that was provided in the text sent was telling me the technician would arrive sometime between 7:27 pm and 9:05 pm and he was one stop away at 2:45 pm. Very confused since I was advised that service would be between 8-5. And it listed a stacked appliance whichI don't have and it did not recognize the phone number on file. What a day. But again the technician was friendly and courteous.
