Technican was friendly. The real problem and frustration for me was not being able to talk with a real person the day of service for an update. The link that was provided in the text sent was telling me the technician would arrive sometime between 7:27 pm and 9:05 pm and he was one stop away at 2:45 pm. Very confused since I was advised that service would be between 8-5. And it listed a stacked appliance whichI don't have and it did not recognize the phone number on file. What a day. But again the technician was friendly and courteous.
