Zakary was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the company didn’t let him know that I had a new address. I had contacted then MULTIPLE times once I saw our old address was on the confirmation. Thankfully, I was able to contact my old neighbor and he let Zakary know that we had moved. Zakary then called me to verify the information, and was super nice about everything. Also thankfully, he only had to drive about 4 minutes from our old address to our new address. Trying to get to a live person is next to impossible unless making a new appointment. The bubble options online don’t always give an option that is needed. The language barrier is also difficult at times as the CSR’s I spoke with are hard to understand. Communication with the company wasn’t great, but communication with Zakary was outstanding! This appointment was for 3 of 4 appliances I have, and I’m hoping when my dishwasher is looked at in a couple of weeks it will be Zakary who is my technician!
