Making the appointment was easy and quick appointment time. Great communication with the tech and arrival time. Tech was great and diagnosed right away. Pricing was terrible. It took him less than 5 min to diagnose but the price to fix the washer was $845. That’s ridiculous! I purchased a new washer with delivery, install and removal of old washer for $650 from Home Depot. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis because I declined to pay for the service. Do better! A washer repair should NEVER be more than a brand new washer!
