Get here till 5:45 p.m. was not here 5 minutes looked up a part number or a model and serial number on his phone told me I needed the valve that I needed could not be just replaced that it would be cheaper for me to buy a whole new machine instead of just a valve which the second opinion said yes the valve would cost $110 and to the labor for it would be about $35 this guy just did not want to mess with it because it was in the evening and he wanted to get home you cannot talk to a live person which is the most frustrating thing on earth I have told anybody that will listen if they need any kind of repairs to never ever call Sears because you guys will just screw them it's ridiculous and like I said I paid $129 for less than 5 minutes for the god to straight up lie to my face so if you want to think that that's a good experience for people to have then keep doing it that way I guess I hope you're satisfied with yourselves

Absolutely terrible experience. We’ve had the same Sears technician repeatedly. That was our former Sears technician who we loved this one was a total bomb, He didn’t pay attention to what he was doing and got water all over my floor, which My husband cleaned up

He did not throughly check the problem and left after only tightening the fan. We told him compressor was not kicking on. He rush out and said call for another appointment if it doesn’t cool. The problem was not fixed

He looked and seen one cockroach and left he didn't even look at the fridge. My grandson said he screamed and left 2 minitues after getting here. I need a different tech to come repair my refrigerator or replace it

I was very shocked and surprised to see the tech here as it was supposed to have been rescheduled for June 10th. After speaking with the warranty provider and expressing my frustration with the surprise service date change, I was totally confused when he arrived. He didn't have a clue that it had been changed either. My point is this...I'm going to rethink my warranty contract, expensive and frustrating communication and may cancel it. The tech today was spot on great and would give him high praise but your scheduling system blows.

Horrible. Ordered a part at 1st visit- said bCk ordered but arrived a week lTer. Have had two technician appointments since and no call, no show, no email. ALL customer service in another country. No wonder Sears is dead... deserve to be! When ordered part with 1st tech visit, had to pay in full for part and installation. Now won't return yo install. Tomorrow I call credit card company to say fraudulent charge!!! Horrible!!!
