The technician was great! But I hope I never have to deal with Sears again. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced as far as communication. My appointments were rescheduled at least 5 times. In the same day I would get messages that I had a Video appointment, then a message that a technician would contact me. I had to leave work and drive 30 minutes to my house. It was a very bad experience.
