As far as the service goes, the service was great as far as parts not so great I waited a long time for my dryer to be fixed and I just got it fixed today. Not very happy with the parts part of this and that it took this long to be fixed.

Is this the first or second representative?

The first representative told me the loud knocking sound coming from the refrigerator was normal. Even new ones made the sound. He ordered a part to replace thermostat. The representative that put it in did a good job.Still knocking.

Washer was not repaired

Technician told us they would clean tub & agitator and later refused to do those things leaving job undone. Technician admitted they broke agitator assembly cap and then did not report broken piece to warranty company instead told them washer was 100% functioning. Technician signed work order themself as if they were customer, never had me sign it. I would not have signed it as complete. Overall, Sears Technicians cost us a month of time and hundreds of dollars at the laundry mat to end up with a still broken washing machine. If there was less than one star they would get it.

Faulty automated messages

I received numerous messages about how service would work. Provided model and serial numbers a minimum of 3 times. Stayed home one whole day and no one came. Reschuled for following day and serviceman arrived around 4:30. Another day of waiting. I had been led to believe he qould arrive with part. Looked at model number and serial number and said, "That's right" and then ordered the part. Part came to my house and was installed around 3:30 today. Sloppy procedure but servicemen were nice.

Terrible attitude

He was rude and basically called me a liar. He wouldnt listen to anything I was telling him. He went to my husband after and told him I was mad at him which started an argument between me and my husband. He was very unprofessional. I will never use this company again. I wouldn't have even given him 1 star but I had to to get this review out there.

Stove still not fixed

The service tech came out said he fixed the burner, but now if we turn on any other burner the one he fixed comes on. It has already been a month waiting to get this fixed and now it's gonna take another 2 weeks to get them to come back out. So that's two days out of work trying to get this fixed and I will have to miss another

Assessment of Dryer Problem

Marty was professional and identified the problem on Wednesday, October 4. The repair part was ordered and arrived Thursday, October 5, a return appointment was made to install the part for Monday, October 9. I confirmed my Monday, October 9 appointment online over the weekend (October 7-8). Unfortunately, the system made me reschedule the appointment even though the ordered part arrived and is sitting on my dryer!! The system is not efficient at tracing the arrival date of parts!!
