Unfortunately, our BAD experience with SEARS began back on July 11, 2024 when Sears Repair come out to fix our Sears dryer, it was over heating to point of getting our clothes hot as fire. Dryer sensor was not working, dryer drum screeching noise non stop when dryer turned on, But repair tech did nothen! said he found nothen wrong with it. He spent little time trying to get to the root of problem. Very unfriendly and rude to us when I told him our dryer wasn't working properly & making terrible noises., Next day we had to call Sears again for 2nd Repair appointment, and parts was ordered and the Parts arrived at our house just 3 days later !! But,, Sears Didn't come back to repair the dryer till over 3 Weeks Later !! Though the parts had arrived 3 weeks ago ! This was unacceptable to us how we were treated as we have been their customers for over 50 years., Today, 3 wks later,, Sears was back again to finish what should have got done 3 weeks ago !! We are very unhappy with Sears, and their performance, We definitely Do Not recommend their Service repair or their products if they choose to ignore the needs of their customers who buy their products. Repair tech name "Dan who came out today repaired the dryer FINALLY !! after 3 long wks waiting.., Sears, (Should Not have put us on Hold for nearly a month )when the repair parts arrived at our house in only 3 days !! We do not recommend Sears . Sears needs to get back to working for Customers who made them who they are ( Springfield, Missouri )

The guys Martin and Justen were fast friendly explained what was being done and why they were personable friendly and knowledgeable they gave me pointers on the machine and more efficient ways of running it if I have any appliance issues in the future I won't hesitate to call them back

I specifically sent in the claim for my range oven which is not working. The technician was sent out for my refrigerator which is working just fine. He was very cordial, but it did not help my problem with my oven. Now I have to start the process over again and wait for repair on my oven.

Polk, MONice guy, but washer isn't working properly
I had one technician come out, ordered the wrong parts. Martin came to install them and I had to order new parts which took another couple weeks. He installed the parts and now my washer is not properly working. He only reason they gave a three is because he was a very nice guy.

Didn't get to meet Dan because someone wrote our service order up wrong so therefore he was unable to proceed. Was not happy with this failure to execute job correctly.
