The block for repair should be a 4 hour block not 8 hours. I should not have to take whole day off for service that lasts 30-45 minutes.

Technician was very polite unfortunately was not able to help us. I admit that I would have appreciated it that when we called and told the service what the codes were on the stove if we had been told at that time it might be less expensive to replace the stove
