The work was excellent. So far washer is performing as it should. Stacey was here as promised and completed all work. His efforts to help and understand our needs beyond professional. Would recommend his services any time. To bad you folks can't train more service personnel with his experience.

I have used Sears appliance repair for years but communicating with the repair website is a nightmare. The technicians, once they reach your home, are usually knowledgeable, diagnose the problem and fix it promptly. Getting an appointment through the website is worse than getting a tooth pulled.

He was so courteous and polite. Kept you in the loop on what he was doing. Cleaned up when he really didn't have to. Wouldn't want any other repairman other than him . Believe you me my wife raved about him. He even told my wife happy baking. Pray this fixes it for you. Thanks for such a polite and professional repairman.
