Martin was very helpful, however the problem with my Frig was not covered by my warranty. I was unable to figure out how to talk to someone live when I tried to make the appointment. If I had done so, I would not have had to pay the fee for a service call I did not need. . I have no warranty info that says it was not covered. I have had the warranty for years. I need updated information.
