The technician Martin was AMAZING! He was kind and knowledgeable. He answered our calls and helped get our repair done faster than scheduled. He was so easy to work with and was prompt. We were without a refrigerator for 6 weeks and your call center is atrocious to reach and there are lots of communication issues but thankfully the technician went above and beyond! We would recommend him to anyone. With your call center and scheduling issues, we're thankful you had a technician like him.
