Roy for refrigerator repair
Roy is outta this world with knowledge! He came and made the refrigerator repair and was sooo pleasant (as always). He is an absolute asset to your repair service. They don't make many "Roy's" any more!! It's always nice to see him drive up (on time) and know he will be able to fix whatever the problem might be. Thank you, Roy!!!

Martin did a great job assessing the problem, and then fixing it a week later. Messaging from corporate was excessive and somewhat contradictory. It was all okay when he performed the repair.

Martin was excellent. It only took him 15 minutes to replace the part. He came at 6:10 p.m. We were very grateful he was able to do that. Unfortunately, it took two weeks for someone to be sent to fix our washing machine. We were unable to talk to anyone about our situation. It has been extremely inconvenient for us. The only fair way to handle this is a partial refund of our payment. Fifty dollars isn't out of line. I would appreciate a prompt reply.

The technician was great. The store, however, lied to me about the refrigerator compressor on the refrigerator being covered by the warranty not just once, but by several people very much not appreciated.
