Pleasant man, did his job quickly. We appreciate his help in making our washing machine operational. Sears gives too big of a time frame 8-5 all day. Nothing against our repairman on that, that is scheduling that would be nicer to give you a closer time frame.

Sears A &E service has always been wonderful when coming to my home (have been here a few times). they are always courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and give perfect service. I would highly recommend them to anyone I just recommended them to my neighbor too !! Thanks for excellent good quality service!!!
