Martin was considerate by contacting us with a time frame narrower than what we were initially told. When he showed up, he was competent and professional, taking precautions to avoid any damage while servicing. He figured out what the problem was and expeditiously fixed it. It is quite apparent that Martin is experienced and knowledgeable of his trade. This has not been demonstrated by other technicians who have serviced our appliances.

My wife was home at the time and said Justen M was very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our freezer. Justen made sure there wasn't a mess while working on the freezer, walked her thru everything he did. Justen educated her on a few things as to how things work which he really didn't have to. Justen seems to like his job and said very nice things about Sears. We have had Sears warranty for several years now on our appliances and just recently added more coverage.
