Unfortunately the wall oven was old enough that the control board is NLA. Justin did spend time giving ideas as to alternative sources to find it and how I might be able to replace it myself if I did find the part. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate his a spending time to answer questions in that I still had to pay for the service call

I HAD ORDERED THE PART FROM SEARS SO ALL KEITH HAD TO DO WAS SHOW ME HOW TO INSTALL IT. IT WENT VERY WELL AND WE ENJOYED TALKING TO HIM VERY MUCH. HE IS A GOOD MAN AND PLAN TO USE HIM ALL THE TIME IN THE FUTURE WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM. THANK YOUI KEITH.
