Martin was wonderful but NOT Sears Home Services
Martin came out and did my initial consultation/estimate. He explained everything very well and got the order for parts placed. After 5 no-show technicians, Martin showed up and saved the day. He again explained everything very well and was also doing a great job teaching the other technician that came with him. I hope I get Martin again if I ever need my fridge fixed again.
