Theodore was fantastic. Sears services were not. Took almost 6 weeks to put 15 minutes apart in my dryer. We would wait around almost 7 hours and then be told the next repair time is two weeks away. This happened 2 to 3 times. Wow.

Justin was great. Clean, quick, and very personable. He was polite and very good at fixing our microwave. I just wish we didn't sit here all day Friday waiting for him, just to get notice at the end of the day that we had to wait another whole day on Sunday. He arrived around 3:30. He fixed the microwave and was on his way! Your scheduling needs work, but Justin was great!
