Sears was great. American Home Shield stinks. They won't listen to Sears recommendations to replace the washer!! The washer will not run. Horrible Insurance. They don't stand behind what they say they will do!! 👿

He arrived earlier than I anticipated and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved it. The service call cost much less than I expected and he didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed. I will use them again if I have any issues with my other appliances.
