Treavor is an Outstanding Sears Repair Technician!! He is Fantastic!! Very knowledgeable, professional and an all round good person! When he says he will be at your place, you can count on him to be there and stay until the job gets done!! I had a very bad, bad experiences with the Sears AI automated system. Sears kept canceling my repair appointment. I asked to talk to a representative but never was connected to one or received a call from them. I was from May to August getting my washing machine fixed. Treavor has come out previously to repair my washer and dryer and always did it in a timely fashion. Always did an Excellent job. Don’t know why Sears AI automated system kept canceling and making us wait so long to get my washer fixed. It was on Sears extended warranty. DO NOT like not being able to talk to a LIVE Person. Again Treavor is an OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN and did a FANTASTIC job!
