Treavor always does a very good and professional job at repairing our appliances. Too bad the rest of Sears isn't as efficient. We still haven't received our microwave that was ordered by Treavor over a year ago.

Trevor was great when I was finally able to get him here. He was a five star. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Not to happy with service he works for. They have no idea about how they are scheduling. Waited 4 weeks for final part installation. Had me sit and wait for service and no one showed up. Then on Saturday they called me about ten times telling me I had an appointment Sunday June 2. My appointment was Jun 3rd. It is very hard trying to contact a live person. Then they seem to be from overseas. Don't know what they are talking about. Makes me think twice about buying another warranty.

Technician did not come to my home. Instead sat in front of my neighbors house for approximately 15 minutes. I have this on my Ring camera. This is the same technician that was at my house 4 days prior and stated that my stove top cracked due to mechanical issues. Treavor then told my insurance that something had been dropped on top of the stove causing the claim to be denied. In my opinion, Treavor doesn’t want to do this repair and is not factual when dealing with customers. . When trying to dispute anything with this company, good luck! There is not a human to speak with, just Al! I will be contacting others to get this resolved

The repair tech, Treavor, was awesome. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Quickly found the issue and replaced necessary parts. All under warranty. The process to schedule and communicate with Sears Appliance Repair was terrible. You cannot speak with a human being. Everything is done by a virtual service rep via texts initiated by them and do NOT allow you to communicate beyond the questions asked. Every question I attempted to ask was literally ignored. My initial service call was scheduled two weeks out. Then I was notified by text just two days before my service call date, advising me that parts were being ordered and that my service call had been completed. How could it be completed two days in advance. A few days later, I receive another text advising my that my service call date had been changed - pushed out another week.

Said there is nothing wrong with it in the refrigerator still at 52° on the inside. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing. Feel like I was scammed charged me $129 for nothing win. He never found anything wrong with it if my refrigerator is at 52° on the inside there’s something wrong. He’s just not good enough to find it. I will be disputing the charges
