Did not make me understand his diagnostics would finish off what function my appliance had left. Didn't have part to repair. Elected to not have appliance repaired by Sears.

Completely dissatisfied. Our refrigerator quit working after only 9 months. Frigidaire refrigerator from Electrolux, who contracts through Sears repair service. Took a technician a week to come look at the fridge. He ordered parts, said he would return to put on the parts. According to the technician he was at our house on the date he sat up. Neither my husband or myself received notification he was on his way to our home. Attempts to set up a new date for service was difficult to say the least. 7 weeks later, we still were without a fridge. My husband did speak with a repair tech who said he didn't have time to install the compressor before quitting time, so he wouldn't be out to our house that day. Wanted to reschedule for the next week! My husband called Electrolux and had a robust conversation with them. Electrolux said they spoke with the technician, who told them he had been to our house and repaired the fridge. That was lie, no other way to describe it. Electrolux provided us with a new fridge, truthfully, if they hadn't we would not have purchased another one from them. We will not ever utilize Sears, for anything. Hopefully this refrigerator will last more than 9 months.

When trying to schedule a repair I want to talk to a real person not an AI robot. Cannot get past the robot. Won't be calling them again. They lost my business.
