Jeffrey knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator within a minute of being here, then it was just a matter of verifing it and then getting the part to fix it, which took a couple of days, then he returned to install the part. He is friendly but didn't waste any time getting the repair finished. Truly a credit to his profession. This was a warranty repair through Lowe's extended service plan.
