Marvin was way more than expected. At the end of a long day in St. Louis he drove to Illinois and worked on our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to fix our ice machine. Before he left he cleaned up then explained everything he did. Left us with a fixed ice machine. Thank you Marvin. Would recommend him to anyone.

The technician was awesome. The problem was being cancelled FIVE times and being without my washer for more than a month as a result.
