The only issue I had was trying to talk to a real person about the appointment prior to. Tim was the technician and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and professional.

Blake was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions about my washing machine and was eager to do the great job that he did. There were some unexpected speed bumps along the way but he handled them with the grace that any mother would be proud of. Thank you so much!!

Technician was very friendly, communicated well & arrived on time. The ice maker still does not work though, so Frigidaire is now saying that they don't have a tech available and I need to call Sears to have a 3rd technician look at it and say it's not repairable.
