My technician was great,but the people who make schedules are expecting them to work miracles in the small time allotted for individual calls,as a result it takes a month or more to complete a repair. Which resulted in unhappy customers. I know from personal experience.

The high pressure tactics they used on my wife were unacceptable. Telling her she had to approve a repair right then, or else she would have to be charged again for someone to come out and start the repair all over, this was terrible. Also, he did not volunteer any information, my wife had to drag out details , finally letting us know that this repair would cost as much as a replacement, and also take two months to complete.

Today is Tuesday, August 27, and the Diagnostic evaluation that was done on Friday, August 23 has left us with no ice From the icemaker. We have contacted Sears Home Warranty with no success, just runarounds.

Been trying to get Central Air fixed for 3 months 1st technican said we needed a blower motor Which he ordered. A different technician come out. Replsced it and said it was damaged. Came back today, 3 weeks later, said pieces are missing and left. Still not working. I dont think he knows what he is doing. BLAKE said he would call Chice and they needed to send someone else out. Because, Sears does not replace parts.

We called and told them we needed a new latch on our door. They sent a repairman out to tell us we needed a new latch on our door and charged us $99 when they were supposed to bring the new latch and put the new latch on we did not need someone to come and tell us the latch was broke. We already knew the latch was broke When the repair man arrived, he had to no parts at all to fix Our washing machine I will not pay the $99 fee at all. This is Highway robbery and I’m going to report you to the Better Business Bureau.

The repairman installed a new icemaker and it still does not work. Not a happy camper.!!!

Not impressed at all. They have been here already once for the same issue and when you try to talk to them they act like your an idiot. Do not recommend Sears Appliance Repair.
