My technician was great,but the people who make schedules are expecting them to work miracles in the small time allotted for individual calls,as a result it takes a month or more to complete a repair. Which resulted in unhappy customers. I know from personal experience.

Today is Tuesday, August 27, and the Diagnostic evaluation that was done on Friday, August 23 has left us with no ice From the icemaker. We have contacted Sears Home Warranty with no success, just runarounds.

Not impressed at all. They have been here already once for the same issue and when you try to talk to them they act like your an idiot. Do not recommend Sears Appliance Repair.

Our Technician was great, get rid ofyour AI. Your AI system is absolutely awful. Sets a appointment for one day and nobody shows up and had to reschedule.

The repairman did a good job and I would give him 5 stars. BUT the whole process was a 0 if I could give that rating. It took 3 weeks to get refrig repaired from original request for service. It was so frustrating that you cannot actually speak to a real person.
