Christopher was nice enough, but having to deal with your AI to get a repairman out was a horrible experience. You can't get in touch with a live person and have to waste whole days waiting for the repairman to come. I received text messages when they're on their way, but on the initial visit someone texted me and said they'd be here between 9 and 11 am, but didn't show until 4 pm. It would be nice to have a live call to explain what is wrong with the appliance, so maybe they could have the parts on hand and give a more accurate time frame. It seems to be fixed now, but I'm not sure I'll use your services in the future.

The guy was very nice and knowledgeable. He said he wasn't sure if the part we received was correct but gave us details on what to as for next time if . . . We had any more issues.
