Absolutely terrible. Been without a fridge for a month. Too many excuses to count such as overbooking the tech, tech on vaca, couldn't find the part needed, and the list goes on. Been cancelled on multiple times. Over all just worthless!!

Not worth 1 star. Only uses AI no Iive agents. Spend your dollars elsewhere that still maintains real customer service. ThexAI is HORRIBLE!

Worst company I have ever seen. They have cancelled on me 4 times since June to fix my washer. They wait until the day of to cancel anywhere between 9 and noon. Absolutely pathetic. There is no way to contact them it’s all AI. Garbage company.
