Did not totally check out faults Both items still need repaired

I paid $500 to have my ice maker replaced yesterday at 9am. It has not made the first piece of ice and now i cant get ahold of anyone. Update... i received a response on my review seeming like they may want to correct the issue, however the number they asked me to call is just an automated service and there is no way to get a person on the phone. One would think they might actually reach out.

The technician was fine but it took months to get someone in here to do the repairs. Sears kept rescheduling my appointment. Would not recommend.
